          This template MUST be in the description box of your application sheet, filled out with all the required information!


                    ɤ   ›NAME:

               Your OCs full name. Please make sure to have a first name and last name.
               They should be modern names, or names befitting to the Harry Potter series.
               (Note: We strongly advise against making OCs of a popular family, AKA a Weasley or a Malfoy)


                    ɤ   ›AGE:

              Remember: First years are 11-12 years old ; Seventh years are 17-18 years old.


                    ɤ   ›HOUSE:

           ▴ Ravenclaw (The house of the intelligent)

               In cm / kg, please. Do be realistic about the height and weight as well.

               What is your OCs wand made out of? Every wizard’s wand is unique to them, so be sure to be creative!
               Information on wands can be found [ here ].

               A list of spells your character excels at casting. Please take note that everyone starts with three spells!

                    ɤ   ›EXTRA CURRICULAR / ELECTIVE CLASSES:

               Choose your classes in the Events/Classes/Assignments Journal.


                    ɤ   ›PERSONALITY:

               Tell us more about your OC, how they react, why they react the way they do, how they behave around other people, etc.
               Just keywords is not enough, make sure to add in at least a couple of sentences about your OC’s personality.
               Make sure to include your patron houses’ trait in the personality.
               The traits are: Slytherin - Cunning, Gryffindor - Bravery, Ravenclaw - Intelligence, and Hufflepuff - Loyalty.
               Personality should be at least 200-300 words.


                    ɤ   ›HISTORY:

                How was your OC’s life before they came to Hogwarts? Are they purebloods?
                How did they live before? Do they have a family?
                Tell us your character’s backstory. This is extremely important!
                History should be at least 400-500 words.


                    ɤ   ›VOICE: (optional)

               It would be nice if your OC had a voice.


                    ɤ   ›LIKES/DISLIKES: (optional)

               Everyone has things that they like or dislike, does your OC have them?


                    ɤ   ›FAMILY: (optional)

               Who your OCs are related to.


                    ɤ   ›RELATIONSHIPS: (optional)

               Your OC's relationship with other OCs.

               Any other bits of information you'd like to include.
